Massage Reynella  - 90 minute Ayurvedic Massage (Abhyanga) Your treatment begins with being served a herbal tea - perfect for the season, then we start with the Indian head and scalp massage & facial marma (acupressure) point massage. The full body massage uses specific strokes over your muscles and joints designed to restore balance in your body. This is a special offering tailored for your health and wellbeing. Ayurvedic massage uses specialised techniques and warm herbal oils selected for your body's needs. This is a tailored treatment so that you can get the most out of your massage. Bringing rejuvenation and healing to you by: -Working to relax the nervous system -Aiding in detoxification, cleansing and soothing the body -Calming the mind -Stimulating important energy points (marma points) -Improving circulation, vitality -Nourishing the skin Concluding with a traditional Indian Sauna (Optional, but highly recommended!), where your head sits outside of the Shanti Steam Box, so you are not breathing in hot air.
