This combination of Ayurvedic therapies will have your body feeling amazing. The Ultimate Massage Package will have you feeling warm, lighter and refreshed with a healthy, all-over glow. This treatment will: - Decrease stiffness and tiredness - Increase circulation & energy The package includes: - Indian Head and facial acupressure massage that soothes your mind. - Herbal bolus massage (Pinda Sweda) - these boluses are filled with Ayurvedic warming herbs heated in sesame oil and massaged across your body using rhythmic tapping and soothing strokes. - An invigorating full body herbal scrub follows to help clear any heaviness in your body. - Concluding with a traditional Indian Sauna in the Shanti Steam Box to complete the detoxifying effects, leaving you rejuvenated with a healthy, all-over glow. For the sauna, please bring swimwear, sandals/thongs and a towel. *A shower in the guest bathroom is required after the treatment is complete.* This treatment is not recommended if you suffer from skin conditions like psoriasis or eczema.
